Day 1 – Corcovado National Park (Sirena & San Pedrillo Stations)

The tour begins with a 1 hour and 15-minute boat ride from Drake Bay to Sirena Biological Station, located in the heart of Corcovado National Park. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a 4-hour guided hike along the trails surrounding the Sirena Station. These trails are well known for their high concentration of wildlife, where it is common to spot monkeys, tropical birds, peccaries, coatis, sloths, and—with some luck—tapirs.

After the hike, you will walk back to the dock and take a 45-minute boat ride to the San Pedrillo Ranger Station, arriving around 12:30 pm. At San Pedrillo, there will be a 30-minute break before starting the hike to the waterfall. This part of the tour takes you through some of the most pristine primary rainforest in Corcovado, estimated to be over 3,000 years old.

⚠️  Good physical condition is required for this hike.

Day 2 – Scuba Diving at Caño Island (Two Dives)

This incredible experience begins with a 35-minute boat ride from Drake Bay to Caño Island, one of the top destinations for scuba diving in Costa Rica. Once there, you will complete two scuba dives in different marine areas around Caño Island, which has six officially designated dive sites. Each dive lasts approximately 45 minutes, allowing you to fully explore the island’s rich underwater ecosystems.

Between the first and second dive, there is a surface interval on Caño Island’s beach, where restrooms are available. After completing both dives, the boat heads to San Josecito Beach to enjoy a picnic-style lunch. Following lunch, you will return by boat to Drake Bay.
