Who Can Enroll?

You can take this course if you are:

  • A PADI (Junior) Adventure Diver, aged 12 or older
  • Have completed the Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive
  • Hold a valid EFR/CPR and First Aid certification within the past 24 months
    (Don’t have one? We offer the Emergency First Response course too!)

Emergency First Response (EFR) Course

We strongly recommend pairing the Rescue course with the EFR Primary and Secondary Care Course.

         This hands-on course teaches life-saving skills, including:

  • CPR and basic first aid

  • Scene assessment and injury management

  • Providing care before professional help arrives

  • Confidence building through practice in low-stress environments

    Note: This course fulfills the CPR/First Aid prerequisite for Rescue Diver certification.
